We build websites, booking systems and custom business systems for business owners across a wide range of industries, mainly in the US market. The role We’re looking for a hunter: an Account Executive who owns the full sales cycle, from first touch to signed deal. You’ll find business owners who need a better website or system, start the conversation, and close. What you’ll do Prospect and contact potential clients through cold calls, LinkedIn and email outreach Build and manage your own lead pipeline, from first contact to close Run discovery calls to understand each business’s goals and pain points Present our solutions and work with our technical team on audits, proposals and pricing Negotiate and close fixed-scope projects, advanced builds and monthly plans Keep the CRM up to date and report on pipeline and results Bring market feedback to the team so we keep sharpening our offer What we’re looking for 2+ years in B2B sales with a track record of closing (not just booking meetings), ideally selling digital services, agency work, SaaS or tech to SMB owners Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume prospecting Fluent English, written and spoken; experience selling to US clients is a big plus Self-driven and organized: you manage your own time and pipeline Able to explain web projects in business terms (no coding required) Bonus: an existing network of business owners or experience selling to SMBs

Compensation

This is a commission-only role: you earn 25% of every sale you close, uncapped . Fixed-scope project (from $5,500) → $1,375+ per deal Advanced project (avg. $15,000) → ~$3,750 per deal Monthly plans (from $1,200/mo) → 25% on the first month, then 10% every month for as long as the client remains active with werun.dev $300+ on the first month, then $120+/month ongoing Commissions are paid as client payments are received.
