Account Executive, Web & App Development (Remote, Commission-Only) werun.dev builds websites, booking systems and custom business systems for business owners, mainly in the US. You find them, start the conversation and close. We build. What you'll do Prospect by phone, LinkedIn and email, and run your own pipeline. Lead discovery calls and present proposals with our technical team. Close fixed-scope projects, advanced builds and monthly plans. Keep the CRM current and share what you hear in the market. Align with the Marketing Team to understand whether the leads provided are qualified. What you bring 2+ years closing B2B deals, ideally digital services, agency work, SaaS or tech for SMB owners Comfort with high-volume cold outreach Native/Fluent English; selling to US clients is a big plus Self-driven, able to explain web projects in business terms (no coding required). Your sales tools Everything runs from our CRM, with werun.Assistant working inside it. Gmail Leads: turn an email thread into a lead, with its details and attachments Email Tracking: see who opened your emails and clicked your links Booking: your own page, showing prospects only the times you're free Discovery: werun.Assistant reads the call transcript and builds a form with the open questions Calculator: werun.Assistant drafts the estimate from the lead, at catalog prices Decks: werun.Assistant writes intro decks and proposals; you review and share Prototypes: share a private link and see when it was opened werun.Assistant: ask it to research a lead, log a call or draft a proposal Our technical team audits each lead's site and sizes custom requests with you. Compensation 25% of every sale you close, uncapped. Projects from $5,520 (minimum): $1,380+ per deal Advanced project (avg. $15,000): ~$3,750 per deal Monthly plan from $1,200: 25% the first month ($300+), then 10% every month ($120+) while the client stays Commissions are paid once the client's invoice is fully paid.
