About the Role We're seeking an Account Manager / Marketing Project Manager to facilitate clear communication between clients and delivery teams, ensuring projects run smoothly and expectations are met.
Responsibilities
- Provide clients with regular communication, including project status updates
- Facilitate communication of critical information between clients and internal team
- Daily management of ClickUp projects and deadlines
- Translate client requests and campaign updates into actionable next steps
- Maintain working understanding of ABM, campaign execution, content, email, paid/social, and marketing terminology
- Other responsibilities and duties as assigned
Requirements
- 5 years' experience in account management
- Proven ability to manage project-based client relationships
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technological proficiency: Slack, ClickUp
