ACCOUNT MANAGER / BDM – US STAFFINGLocation - Begumpet, Hyderabad | Onsite Work Location: In person We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Account Manager/Business Development Manager – US Staffing with 8-10+ years of experience in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning strategic client relationships, driving staffing delivery, managing MSP/VMS programs, improving account performance, supporting revenue growth, and leading internal recruiting/delivery teams. This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands how enterprise staffing programs operate and can independently manage an account from requirement intake through fulfillment, onboarding, extensions, and account expansion. Looking for someone with: 8-10+ years total US IT Staffing experience Experience with VMS/MSP platforms Strong understanding of C2C, W2, 1099 and Full-Time Experience managing a recruiting/delivery team Ownership of submissions → interviews → offers → starts → extensions Strong understanding of SLA, fill rate, submission-to-interview ratio, interview-to-placement ratio and revenue/margin Ability to handle escalations and difficult client situations Account expansion / cross-selling experience Experience conducting Monthly and quarterly account reviews
