Overview
This role is a great fit for a detail-oriented, organized self-starter who enjoys working independently and takes pride in accurate, timely work. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, vendors, and internal teams on billing and payment questions, so clear and friendly communication matters. This is a remote, part-time position of 15–25 hours per week, paying $25-30 per hour depending on experience. Applicants must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, New York, Texas, Utah, or Wisconsin. Responsibilities - Generate and send weekly customer invoices in Maxio, keep customer billing data accurate - Record customer payments and follow up on collections as needed - Monitor and manage the company's accounting email, responding to customer and vendor requests promptly - Process vendor invoices for accounts payable: verify details, obtain approvals, schedule payments, and keep records organized - Set up new vendors, including collecting W-9s, banking details, and other required documentation - Support the sales team with customer procurement requirements, such as completing supplier setup forms, maintaining supplier portal accounts, tracking purchase orders, and providing W-9s and ACH or credit card payment details - Help reconcile Ramp card charges and reimbursements - Assist the Accounting & HR Manager with month-end close tasks and other accounting projects as needed - Assist with HR related duties as needed
Qualifications
Required - 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, or general bookkeeping - Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software - Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage recurring deadlines with little supervision - Clear, professional written communication, especially by email - Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Nice to Have - Experience with Maxio (formerly SaaS Optics or Chargify), Ramp, or similar billing and expense platforms - Familiarity with SaaS subscription billing - Experience completing customer procurement and supplier onboarding processes, including supplier portals and PO tracking - Coursework or a degree in accounting or finance - HR related experience What You'll Love About Cidi Labs - Great Company Culture - Room to Grow your Career - Flexible Time Off Policy - 401(k) with a generous company match - Remote work - Work Environment This role is performed primarily at a computer in a home or remote office setting.
