Position Overview

As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for truly understanding clients’ needs and discovering whether a business can meet those needs. You will help us administer a team to ensure services are delivered timely, on budget and complement to client’s standards and expectations. You will work closely with the Operations team in assisting clients to understand the well-being of their current financial state as well as consistently adhere to project deadlines laid out by clients. As the backbone of the Accounting department, you will help to manage clients’ books, meet clients’ presumptions and proactively work to ensure clients' satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full sets of accounts.

• Review client's financial accounts maintained by accounts assistants and clients.

• Assist in managing clients' accounting deadlines.

• Liaise with clients and auditors in preparation of clients' financial accounts.

• Preparation of audit schedules.

• Preparation of tax computation.

• Prepare accounting schedule for audit and FS preparation.

• Liaise with auditors / FS prepares on client accounts.

• Ensure accounting deadlines are met.

• Ensuring clients GL and schedules are prepared accordingly.

• GST preparation and submission.

• Prepare FS and assist in audit when necessary.

• Train and mentor Accounts Assistants and Interns.

• Attending to finance function for clients.

• Process, send and follow up on receipts, invoices and payments of clients.

• Monitor and schedule payments to vendors(weekly, monthly, bi- annually, yearly).

• Any other relevant duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Accounting Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate /

  Professional; ACCA preferred

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this

  position

• Preferable Junior Executive specialised in preparing clients' accounts in an

  accounting firm
