Admin and Operations Coordinator

About the Opportunity: The ADMIN AND OPERATIONS COORDINATOR plays a key role in supporting the seamless operation of the business by managing administrative tasks and recruitment processes. This position ensures organizational efficiency by maintaining records, coordinating hiring activities, and assisting multiple departments to meet operational goals. Responsibilities: Provide administrative and operational support for daily activities Maintain organized company records, files, and documents Manage recruiting activities including job postings, resume reviews, and candidate screening Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews Conduct or participate in candidate interviews Assist with candidate selection and hiring coordination Prepare offer letters and new-hire documentation Coordinate new-hire onboarding Support sales, customer service, accounting, and operations teams as needed Enter and maintain data in company systems and ERP software Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents Follow up on tasks to ensure deadlines are met Assist with additional administrative or operational duties as required Requirements: Minimum 2 years of administrative or operations experience preferred Experience with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Teams ERP software experience is advantageous Pay Range and Compensation Package: Competitive salary Benefits & Perks: Health insurance Paid time off Fully remote position Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
