Administrative Assistant

Support the team with organized records, documents and remote coordination. Remote role supporting TurfCasa, whose office is in Lakeway, Texas. This position coordinates with our on-site fulfillment teams; it does not perform physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work. U.S.-based remote applicants are welcome; employment eligibility for the applicant's work location must be confirmed during hiring. Full-time is the primary opening. Part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome. Paid training is provided. Pay: $20.50-$24.75 per hour in base pay. Starting pay within this range depends on relevant skills and experience. What you will do - Maintain shared files, contact lists and routine administrative records. - Prepare documents and organize meeting or task follow-ups. - Collect information from fulfillment teams and route operational requests to the right owner. What will help you succeed - Comfort with everyday office software and organizing information. - You should be comfortable learning remote collaboration tools, communicating with on-site teammates and following approved processes. Benefits and schedule - Full-time employees: 10 days of accrued paid time off and 6 paid holidays. - Part-time employees: prorated paid time off. - Paid training. - Schedules provided two weeks in advance where practical. - A pay review after 90 days; a raise is not guaranteed. - Employee product discounts, subject to approved product margins.
