Administrative Coordinator
Benefits:
- 401(k) matching
- Wellness resources
- Helping with hiring from start to finish: posting open roles, scheduling interviews, sending offer letters, and handling new hire paperwork
- Keeping our applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate records organized and up to date

- Providing general administrative support wherever it's needed
- Assisting with bookkeeping tasks and accounts payable functions, including vendor setup, processing payments to members and providers, and managing credit card receipts

- Flexibility. Priorities will shift as needs come up, and we need someone who can roll with that easily.
- An eye for detail. Especially when it comes to paperwork, records, and financial information.
- Comfortable with everyday tech. You've used tools like Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel before, and you pick up new systems quickly (we'll train you on our specific tools, like our ATS and Bill.com).
