Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription :At Cavalier Healthcare, our mission is rooted in care, compassion, and connection-values that guide every interaction and decision.We are a growing, mission-driven organization that provides exceptional skilled nursing and long-term care across Arkansas, Mississippi, and Alabama.We seek a highly skilled and organized Admissions Nurse to support our skilled nursing facilities across Arkansas, Mississippi, and Alabama.This position is remote.The Admissions Nurse will conduct remote clinical assessments of incoming referrals, manage hospital referral portals, update CRM systems, and initiate insurance verifications.With a strong focus on clinical judgement and attention to detail, this position plays a critical role in ensuring appropriate and timely admissions across multiple states.Requirements :Qualifications :Active RN or LPN License in Arkansas, Mississippi, or Alabama.Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in skilled nursing, hospital, or admissions-related role.Strong understanding of skilled nursing level of care and insurance coverage requirements.Experience with hospital referral portals, CRM software, and insurance authorization platforms.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple referrals across various systems and locations.Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.Preferred Experience :Previous experience in remote or centralized admissions for a skilled nursing or post-acute organization.Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and commercial payer processes.Proficiency with PointClickCare and Microsoft Office Suite..
