Your future role at a glance Location: Remote Facility: Home Delivery Department: Home Delivery Pharmacy Services Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST | Full-time How you’ll make an impact in this role Deliver high-quality, customer focused virtual patient support and handle routine service interactions Route specialty prescriptions to appropriate fulfillment channels and manage related care coordination tasks Support organizational goals by helping prevent prescription leakage and maintain care continuity by keeping orders within our pharmacy network Other duties as assigned What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) preferred. Must possess all state and local qualifications. Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcare Association preferred. Must possess all state and local qualifications. Education High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
