Affiliate Coordinator

Summary: We are seeking a driven, organized, and results-oriented Affiliate Coordinator to support the growth and management of our clients' affiliate marketing programs. This role will focus heavily on affiliate partner research, recruitment, outreach, onboarding, activation, and day-to-day program support. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and self-starter who is comfortable with high-volume outreach, relationship building, data analysis, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment. • Research, recruit, onboard, and activate high-quality affiliate partners across content, coupon, loyalty, media, influencer, technology, and other relevant channels.
• Execute partner outreach campaigns, including prospecting, email outreach, follow-ups, and ongoing relationship management.
• Support the day-to-day management of multiple client affiliate programs, including promotions, commissions, creative, campaigns, and partner communications.
• Monitor affiliate program and partner performance, identify opportunities for growth, and provide actionable recommendations to Affiliate Managers.
• Pull performance data and assist with recurring client reporting, account updates, and performance analysis.
• Support testing and optimization of affiliate creative, offers, promotions, and outreach strategies.
• Maintain accurate partner records, communications, and program information across affiliate platforms and internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Affiliate Managers to execute client initiatives and meet account goals.
• Stay current on affiliate marketing trends, emerging publishers, technologies, and partnership opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, sales, or a related field; relevant internships is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent professional email etiquette and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong research, prospecting, and analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and draw actionable insights from data.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and comfort working with data and reporting.
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Awin, Shopify Collabs is preferred; familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics/GA4 or other digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
