AI & Marketing Technology Specialist

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

AI & Marketing Technology Specialist SUPPLY | Independent Media Agency Location: Boulder/Denver preferred | Remote within Mountain Time considered Employment: Full-time Salary: $75,000–$100,000 annually Curious minds wanted. Especially the ones who like building things. There's a good chance you've already found a dozen ways AI can make your work easier. You've experimented with new tools, connected systems, built something useful, or taught yourself a technology simply because you wanted to see what it could do. You probably have a running list of things you think could be done better. If this sounds like you, keep reading. SUPPLY is looking for an AI & Marketing Technology Specialist to help us discover, build, and implement smarter ways of working across our agency, while exploring new technology-driven opportunities for our clients. You'll work directly with agency leadership and collaborate across media, strategy, analytics, and account teams. Your initial focus will be improving how our agency operates, using AI, automation, integrations, and other technologies to solve real problems. You'll also have opportunities to prototype new capabilities, experiment with emerging media technologies, and help bring innovative client ideas to life. This isn't a role where you'll be confined to maintaining one dashboard or supporting one platform. You'll encounter different challenges, learn new technologies, recommend solutions, and help build things that didn't exist before. We're looking for someone who can turn curiosity into something useful. More Than Automation: Help Build What's Next We're building a more intentional approach to innovation at SUPPLY, connecting ideas from media, data, audience intelligence, creative technology, and AI. Some opportunities will involve making our internal operations more efficient. Others will focus on developing capabilities that help our teams and clients make better decisions, reach audiences in new ways, or explore what's possible with emerging technology. You won't be expected to know every technology or solve every challenge independently. You'll collaborate with experienced media, strategy, and analytics professionals who understand the business, while contributing technical curiosity, problem-solving, and hands-on execution. The goal isn't to chase every new technology. It's to identify what's genuinely useful, build something that works, and help turn the best ideas into lasting capabilities. A Few Examples of What You Might Help Build These are examples of opportunities we're interested in exploring, not a fixed project list: - Workflow Automation: Build AI-enabled workflows, integrations, and tools that reduce repetitive work, improve collaboration, and give our teams more time for higher-value thinking. - Media Intelligence Tools: Connect campaign performance, audience insights, market data, and business outcomes to help teams make smarter media decisions. - AI-Powered Audience Intelligence: Develop ways to analyze audience behaviors, uncover meaningful differences between customer segments, and translate findings into marketing opportunities. - Creative Testing Capabilities: Explore how AI and technology
