AI Transformation Program Manager
Job Description:
- Drive end-to-end coordination across all transformation workstreams, keeping interdependencies visible and teams aligned on shared goals.
- Establish and maintain consistent milestone tracking, reporting, and accountability mechanisms across every team involved in the initiative.
- Run centralized program communications and scheduling, serving as the single source of truth for status, timelines, and stakeholder updates.
- Anticipate and address change management needs as the program scales, helping teams adopt new AI-enabled ways of working.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in marketing operations or media operations, ideally within a large, complex organization.
- Strong, practical AI skillset, with the ability to evaluate, apply, and guide adoption of AI tools and workflows.
- Proven program or project management track record across cross-functional teams and concurrent workstreams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable driving accountability across teams you do not directly manage.
- Experience supporting organizational change initiatives is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
