AI Video Editor
€1,500-€2,000/month + performance bonus
You know that feeling when you finish an edit and just know it’s going to perform? That instinct is what we’re looking for.
We’re hiring an AI Video Editor to help build a new e-commerce venture from the ground up. Every video you create will be made with AI. Every clip will be AI-generated. You’ll own the process from generating the visuals to turning them into finished ads that grab attention and drive sales.
You’ll also have real creative freedom. We want your ideas, your instincts, and your input on what we make and how we make it. You’ll work closely with our creative strategist, challenge concepts, suggest new angles, and have room to test your own ideas.
WHO WE ARE
We’re a fast-growing ecommerce group with a portfolio of 15+ web shops and a team of around 100 people. We’re now building an ambitious new venture, backed by the infrastructure, supply chain, and experience of an established operation.
Our culture is performance-driven and informal. We move quickly, build heavily in-house, and give people ownership of their work. AI is at the center of how we’re building our creative operation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Create video ads entirely with AI-generated clips. This is a fully AI-based production role, from visual generation through final edit.
• Turn rough concepts into finished ads, taking ownership of generation, clip selection, pacing, sound, captions, and storytelling.
• Develop your own hooks, angles, concepts, and creative variations alongside the strategist.
• Generate and refine AI visuals until they meet the quality and consistency needed for effective advertising.
• Produce ads for YouTube, Meta, and TikTok, adapting the format and pacing for each platform.
• Give honest creative input, challenge ideas, and suggest stronger ways to execute them.
• Track how your ads perform and use the results to improve the next concept.
• Help build an efficient AI production workflow as the venture grows.
You won’t be waiting for a folder of filmed footage. You’ll generate the clips yourself and turn them into compelling ads.
WHO YOU ARE
• You have hands-on experience creating finished video ads with AI-generated footage.
• You can take an idea from a prompt through generation, iteration, editing, and delivery.
• You’ve worked on direct response ecommerce campaigns, ideally in beauty, supplements, or a similar consumer category.
• You understand what makes an ad convert: strong hooks, clear messaging, persuasive storytelling, and deliberate pacing.
• You have creative opinions and feel comfortable sharing them.
• You enjoy having the freedom and responsibility to take a rough idea and run with it.
• You can work independently and help build a workflow that isn’t fully established yet.
• You care about producing fewer, better ads and learning from their performance.
• You’re available on Slack from 9 am to 5 pm CET.
• You’re interested in growing into a leadership role as the team expands. Bonus points if you’ve:
• Helped scale a new e-commerce brand from scratch.
• Created ads across multiple product categories.
• Built repeatable workflows for AI video generation and editing.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
• First 30 days: You’ve helped get at least three profitable ad concepts live in market, using entirely AI-generated clips.
• By 60 days: You and the creative strategist have an effective workflow, and you’re regularly contributing your own concepts and creative improvements.
• By 90 days: Ads you’ve produced are supporting over $10K per day in ad spend.
HOW TO APPLY
