Role Description The Marketing and Sales Data Analyst (bilingual) is a full-time remote role responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing marketing and sales data to support decision-making. Day-to-day activities include building and maintaining dashboards and reports, monitoring key performance indicators, and identifying trends and patterns in customer behavior and campaign performance. The role collaborates closely with marketing and sales teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for strategy and execution. The analyst will prepare clear, concise presentations and summaries in both English and Spanish, ensuring stakeholders understand the impact of data-driven insights. This position also involves validating data quality, optimizing data workflows, and contributing to continuous improvement of analytics processes.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights. Experience in marketing analytics and marketing, with a focus on supporting sales and campaign performance. Proficiency in data analysis and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms, or similar). Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with clear written and verbal communication in both languages. Experience creating dashboards and reports for cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
