Role: Android Developer Charlotte, NC (Hybrid role 3 days/week from day1) Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in developing native Android and Java applications within the Android iOS skill cluster Design and develop high quality Android applications using Java backend services Utilize expertise in Java and native iOS development to build scalable and maintainable mobile and backend solutions Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate mobile applications with backend services Apply best practices in mobile UIUX design performance optimization and security Develop RESTful APIs and ensure seamless communication between Android apps and backend systems Work in Agile environments to deliver iterative improvements and new features Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in mobile and Java development Lead the design development and deployment of native Android applications and Javabased backend services Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers in both Android and Java technologies Collaborate with product owners QA DevOps and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions Ensure code quality by conducting thorough code reviews and enforcing coding standards Drive adoption of best practices in mobile and backend development including security and performance optimization Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning reviews and retrospectives Mandatory Skills: Java, Android LTIMindtr ee is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity in the workplace.
