Appointment Setter Remote | No Experience Required
We work with established unions and professional organizations throughout North America, providing support to members and families who have expressed interest in learning more about their available benefit options. You’ll connect with individuals who are already expecting information, allowing you to focus on providing a helpful and professional experience rather than traditional prospecting. No cold outreach | No door-to-door selling | Pre-qualified member inquiries This opportunity offers the freedom of working remotely while providing the training, resources, mentorship, and team support needed to build confidence and succeed in the role. What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet with members through scheduled phone and virtual appointments
- Learn about each family’s situation and understand what they’re looking for
- Walk members through available benefit and coverage options
- Answer questions and make information easy to understand
- Assist with applications, documentation, and next steps
- Maintain communication with members after their initial appointment
- Develop lasting relationships through dependable service and follow-up
- Attend virtual training, coaching, and professional development sessions
- Collaborate with a team focused on continuous improvement and growth
