Associate Attorney

You will work closely with our senior partners and associates, conduct legal research, draft documents, and maintain client files. If you’ve recently graduated from law school, have excellent fact-finding and communication skills, and are ready to jump-start your career in the legal industry, we want to hear from you!
Oklahoma License required.

Responsibilities
Resolve cases efficiently by using communicating effectively with and working alongside senior attorneys and paralegals
Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action
Perform legal research, prepare for and attend hearings or other legal proceedings, and give general counsel under the supervision of senior associate attorneys
Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings
Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is handy for other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving skills are needed to work with all levels of staff and clients
Completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
Willingness to learn from senior attorneys to meet clients' needs and grow the client base
Successful completion of the bar exam
Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA)
Compensation
$100,000 - $120,000 yearly

Juris Doctor from accredited law school, Oklahoma bar license, active ABA membership, exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, willingness to learn.
