Audiologist | School Based
About the position MIYO Health is seeking an Audiologist to provide in-person services to a small caseload of students across school districts in the Nevis, Walker-Hackensack-Akeley (WHA), and Park Rapids, Minnesota areas. This is a very part-time opportunity, estimated at approximately 10 hours per month, making it a great fit for an Audiologist looking to supplement an existing schedule while supporting students in a school-based setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide audiological services, consultation, and support for students with hearing needs
- Collaborate with educational teams, families, and other service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations as needed
- Complete required documentation and reports
Requirements
- Doctoral or master's degree in Audiology, as applicable
- Current Minnesota Audiologist license or eligibility to obtain appropriate licensure
- Ability to travel between the participating Minnesota school districts as needed
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with children and/or in educational settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
