Date Posted: 07-20-2026 About the Role - The ABA Technician is responsible for providing one-to-one or small group treatment interventions to clients in home and/or community settings under the direction of the BCBA and ABA Clinical Manager on their team. - This role focuses on delivering direct behavioral support services to improve outcomes for consumers. - This is a part-time position working 10–25 hours per week depending on client needs. Responsibilities - Provide one-to-one ABA treatment interventions in home and community settings - Deliver small group treatment interventions as assigned - Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA and Senior BCBA - Follow individualized treatment plans and data collection protocols - Collect and document accurate behavioral data during sessions - Communicate progress and concerns with supervising BCBA and Senior BCBA - Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals - Maintain professional and ethical standards in all client interactions - Participate in required supervision and training activities - Ensure client safety and confidentiality at all times Required Qualifications - At least 18 years of age - High school diploma or equivalent - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Must obtain required Register Behavior Technician certification within the first 120 days of employment Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with individuals with special needs - Experience teaching special education, or a related field OR Currently studying psychology or possessing a psychology-related educational background - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentialed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) - Completion of at least 40 hours of training as defined within the RBT Task List developed by the BACB (training provided) - Completion of the RBT Competency Assessment upon completion of training and annually thereafter - Successful completion of the RBT Examination administered through Pearson Professional Center sites Compensation & Benefits Full-time Employees: - Paid vacation days (increase with tenure) - Separate sick leave that rolls over annually - Up to 10 paid holidays - Medical, dental, and vision insurance options - DailyPay – access your earnings without waiting for payday - Training, development, and continuing education credits for licensure requirements All Employees: - 401(k) - Free licensure supervision - Pet insurance - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Perks @ Clarvida – national discounts on shopping, travel, Verizon, and entertainment - Mileage reimbursement - Cellphone stipend (Benefits may vary by state or county) Work Location - Home and Community Settings Employment Type - Part-time How to Apply - If you are passionate about providing direct behavioral support services and making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families, click “Apply Now” to join Clarvida as an ABA Technician. - Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
