Bilingual BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) English/Spanish Bilingual Professional Location: Remote Competitive Salary (DOE) At Operant Search Partners we are assisting a growing, clinician-led ABA therapy practice is hiring a BCBA to join its New Jersey clinical team. This organization focuses primarily on in-home services and is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented behavior analyst who thrives on building strong relationships with families, kids, and support staff. What We're Looking For:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Current New Jersey LBA license required
- New Jersey LBA license required (New York licensure a plus)
- Prior experience providing ABA services to children on the autism spectrum
- Excellent clinical judgment paired with strong written and verbal communication
- Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a flexible schedule
- Spanish/English bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete initial and ongoing behavioral assessments for clients.
- Design, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans based on client progress.
- Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to RBTs and behavior technicians on your team.
- Analyze session data regularly and adjust programming to keep outcomes on track.
- Lead caregiver and parent training sessions to support skill generalization at home.
- Prepare reassessments, progress notes, and other required clinical paperwork on schedule.
- Partner with families and the broader care team to coordinate treatment goals.
- Offer continued case consultation and clinical direction for your assigned caseload.
- Keep documentation accurate, organized, and submitted on time.
- Uphold BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and payer-specific requirements in all aspects of care.
