Bilingual Recruiting & Agent Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote – US)

About Magical Dreamers Travel Magical Dreamers Travel is a travel agency specializing in Disney, Universal Orlando, the Caribbean, and cruises. We work with a network of independent travel agents across the Americas. Now we’re expanding into the US market, and we’re looking for a bilingual coordinator to help us build and support our new team of US-based agents. What you’ll do

• Source and recruit independent travel agents through LinkedIn, Facebook groups, job boards, and referrals.
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews in English, following our structured interview process.
• Send short written summaries of each finalist to our leadership team, in Spanish.
• Onboard new agents and be their first point of contact for day-to-day questions.
• Track recruiting progress and report weekly.

What we’re looking for

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Based in the US; Florida is a plus.
• Experience in travel (travel agent, Disney/Universal cast member, hospitality) or recruiting.
• Familiarity with Disney and Universal products is a strong plus.
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

Details

• Independent contractor, 10–15 hours per week, fully remote with a flexible schedule.
• $20–30 per hour, plus a performance bonus for each agent who completes their first sale.
• 60–90 day trial period, with room to grow as the team expands.
