In this role, you’ll assist clients with researching, planning, and booking travel arrangements. The ideal candidate loves travel, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a flexible, work-from-home environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Research and book travel including flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and vacation packages
- Provide tailored recommendations based on clients’ needs and preferences
- Manage bookings using approved travel platforms (training provided)
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and messaging tools
- Maintain accurate client information and documentation
- Stay informed about travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination highlights
- Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after travel
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Basic computer skills and comfort with online tools
- Prior travel booking or service experience is helpful but not required
- Must be 18 years or older with a reliable internet connection and personal computer
