Bookkeeper for Media Company (US-Based/Remote)

- Manage bookkeeping for the company
- Reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Assist with tax preparation and provide monthly financial reports to clients
Qualifications:
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Experience in setting up payroll for US-based companies
- Experience working with California-based companies (preferred)
- Experience establishing accounting or bookkeeping processes from scratch (preferred)
- Experience with HubSpot and ClickUp for management and communication
