What You’ll Be Responsible For....- Generate and qualify IT business leads through LinkedIn, research, and targeted campaigns
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing & prospecting to identify potential clients and decision-makers
- Manage CRM campaigns, lead capture, and opportunity tracking
- Generate business opportunities and support proposal preparation
- Follow up with prospects and clients and build strong relationships
- Support IT recruitment & technology services business development
- Handle relevant social media activities and online outreach
Requirements
What We’re Looking For...
- 1–3 years of IT/Technology Sales or Business Development experience
- IT/Technology sales experience is mandatory
- Strong hands-onLinkedIn sourcing & prospecting experience – Mandatory
- Good understanding of theIT industry and IT recruitment
- Knowledge ofCRM and social media handling
- Fluent English – speaking and writing
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
