Business Development Intern (NIL & Athlete Partnerships)

Unpaid Internship Opportunity Electro makes the first functional electrolyte gum built for performance, focus, and recovery. The company has grown through NIL athlete partnerships, athlete-led social content, and one of the largest college ambassador programs in sports nutrition. This is an unpaid internship. The intern will work as a sales development representative for our athlete partnerships, prospecting college athletes, pitching NIL partnership opportunities, and moving them through our pipeline to a signed deal. Location: Remote (US) Schedule: Flexible, works around classes Type: Unpaid internship Credit: Eligible for academic credit Role Overview Support the onboarding of new athlete partners. Track every lead, conversation, and deal stage in our CRM and report on weekly pipeline numbers. Prepare weekly summaries of athlete partnerships and results. Research NIL trends and identify athletes with growing social audiences. Recruit new athlete partners and guide them through onboarding. Hit weekly outreach and partnership goals set with the founding team. Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using internal guidelines. Skills and Experience Interest in sports, NIL, or athlete marketing (preferred). Students in business, sales, or sports management programs are encouraged to apply.
