Required Qualifications :Experience with healthcare claimsMore than seven years of experience developing, implementing, and maintaining complex Tableau or MS Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and analyticsProven strong development of high performing SQL with more than five years of experience developing complex SQL scripts (Teradata / DB2 / Oracle Load Utilities) or stored proceduresAt least three years of experience using x12 / EDI data including 835, 277, and 837At least five years developing complex business intelligence solutionsAt least five years of data warehouse project experienceAt least five years Teradata version 14experience, including SQL Assistant / Teradata StudioExcellent verbal / written communication skills, end client-facing skills, team collaboration, and mentoring skillsBachelors or Advanced Degree in a related field such as Information Technology / Computer Science, Mathematics / Statistics, Analytics, Business TechnologyStrong organization skills and ability to set priorities and schedule work deadlinesAdapting to and collaborating with the team and organizational culturePreferred Qualifications :More than five years of experience analyzing and delivering complex analytics using Medicaid or Managed Care claims.Experience with State Medicaid / Medicare / Healthcare industryMore than three years of Tableau Server Administrative experienceExperience in SAP Business Objects or SASPrior Experience in Tableau or BO version upgradesExperience in Agile.
