Business Systems Analyst
Craftbridge Digital, Austin. We write software for companies that have outgrown their spreadsheets and the tools they bought ten years ago. We need a Business Systems Analyst. Full-time, remote from anywhere in the United States. Before our developers write anything, someone has to sit with the client and find out how the work moves today. That's you. You map the steps, the systems and the handoffs. Where data gets typed twice. Which report the owner actually reads. Then you write it up as requirements a developer can build from and a client can sign off. During the build you answer the developers' questions, write test cases and run user acceptance testing with the client. After launch you check that the numbers match the old system and collect what still needs fixing. A year or more as a business analyst or systems analyst, or in an operations job where you owned a system. Internships count. You can query data in SQL or take it apart in Excel with pivot tables and XLOOKUP. You've written requirements or user stories that someone else built from. Helpful: an ERP or CRM such as NetSuite, Dynamics or Salesforce, and process diagrams in Visio or Lucidchart. Medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) with a match, paid time off, a learning budget and your home office equipment come with the job. What we read first: your CV. Tell us about one process you mapped and what changed afterwards. Craftbridge Digital is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability or veteran status.
