Business Trainer/Online teaching (Hindi & English) - Remote, 6 Hrs/Day
About us X-Gurukul is a business education brand teaching entrepreneurs how to start and scale real businesses. We run online courses, mentorship programmes and have a 69,000+ strong social audience. This is a fully remote role, 6 hours a day, on India hours (IST). The role We are looking for a hardworking person who can teach business topics clearly in Hindi and English, and help run our online courses. Full training on our subject matter and tools will be provided. What you will do
- Teach business topics to our learners entrepreneurship, startups, sales, marketing and business setup
- Record short video lessons for our courses (phone camera is fine; we will guide you)
- Run doubt-solving sessions and group calls, and give feedback on learner assignments
- Help manage our online course platforms (Nas.com, FlexiFunnels) — uploading lessons, updating modules, managing student access
- Share learner feedback and help improve course content with the founder and team
Who we want
- 0–2 years of experience in teaching or training business subjects, EdTech, coaching or business mentoring. Freshers with a strong business background (BBA/MBA/B.Com) can apply
- Must be able to explain business concepts simply and confidently. School teachers (maths, science, junior college, etc.) will not be considered
- Fluent spoken Hindi and English; good written English
- Comfortable speaking on camera and on live calls
- Experience with any online course platform (Nas.com, FlexiFunnels, Graphy, Classplus, Teachmint, etc.) is a plus — if you don't have it, we will teach you
- Hardworking, reliable, and able to meet deadlines without supervision
- Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred — this is an urgent hire
What you need Own laptop, stable internet connection, a quiet space to record, and a smartphone with a decent camera. Salary & working hours
- Salary: 15,000 – 25,000 per month (fixed), based on teaching ability and experience
- Working hours: 6 hours per day, IST
- Location: Fully remote (India)
