About the Job - Maintains a clean driving record. - Follows dress code guidelines including safety protection. - Ensures loads are secured properly by using DOT guidelines and federal, state, and local regulations as well as Company policies and procedures, inspecting chains and straps for any damage or wear before securing load. - Ensures loads are unloaded safely by using proper signaling and rigging and other safety procedures. - Maintain and keep up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and DOT standards. - Must be okay with over the road and overtime and travel as needed. - Must be punctual and follow company policies. - Report any unsafe work conditions to your supervisors. Job Summary - Company Driver (W2, Solo) - Double Drop, Step Deck and Flatbed trailer - Regional $950 - $1,800 total weekly avg. pay - 100 - 3,000 avg. miles per week - Line Haul 50% - Driver Load/Unload 25% tarping - Home Time 1 - 5 expected days out - Get 2 days of home time for every 5 days worked - No guaranteed weekends home Benefits - Medical, Dental and Vision - Paid holidays - Paid vacation Freight Handling Details - 25% drop and hook - 50% driver load / unload - 25% live load / unload Pet and Rider Policy - Pets are not allowed - Riders are not allowed Carrier and Truck Information - Fleet size: 7 trucks - Mostly automatic semi-trucks - Can't take truck home.
