CGI Advantage BI Developer

Idealforce has contract position available immediately for a CGI Advantage BI Developer to join our customer in Phoenix,AZ. This is Remote Position.Please find below additional details about this job.Local to Phoenix Only. Strictly no out of state candidates. Job Description: ERP / BI Developer Contractor We are seeking an experienced ERP/BI Developer Contractor to augment our development team supporting CGI Advantage 4.0 HRM, Snowflake, and Microsoft Power BI.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance HR/ERP data integrations, reporting, and analytics solutions. Build and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and DAX. Develop and maintain Snowflake SQL/ data pipelines and reporting datasets. Work with CGI Advantage 4.0 HRM data structures and interfaces. Translate business requirements into scalable BI and data solutions. Troubleshoot data quality, reporting,and integration issues. Collaborate with ERP, HR, data, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Snowflake. Experience developing against CGI Advantage, preferably Advantage 4.0 HRM. Understanding of ERP/HR data models, integrations, and reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment.
