Working closely with our Art Director and cross-functional partners, this role will create high-quality CGI, product renders, motion graphics, and digital creative that bring Bloom products and campaigns to life. The ideal partner is highly skilled in CGI and motion, comfortable taking projects from brief through final execution, and able to manage timelines, feedback, and multiple deliverables while maintaining a high standard of craft and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-end
CGI product renders and motion assets for product launches, campaigns, social, paid media, e-commerce, and brand storytelling.
- Own projects from concept through final delivery, including
modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, animation, compositing, and retouching as needed.
- Translate creative direction, campaign concepts, and mood boards into polished, on-brand visual executions.
- Develop compelling product scenes, environments, materials, camera treatments, and motion concepts.
- Partner closely with the Art Director and Creative team to refine ideas, share work in progress, and implement feedback efficiently.
- Adapt and optimize final assets across digital formats, aspect ratios, and platform requirements.
- Maintain organized 3D assets, materials, working files, and reusable scene elements.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining a high bar for craft, consistency, and attention to detail.
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of professional design experience, preferably within wellness, consumer brands, CPG, beauty, lifestyle, food & beverage, or agency environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing
CGI, product rendering, motion graphics, and digital campaign work .
- Experience with
Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software .
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- After Effects
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Strong understanding of digital specifications including file weight, resolution, aspect ratios, animation timing, and platform requirements.
- Experience creating
motion graphics, animated content, video overlays, and performance marketing assets .
- Experience working across
Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, DTC, and retail media environments .
- Passion for
wellness, consumer brands, digital storytelling, and creative innovation .
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate effectively across teams.
