Chat Support Specialist - Part Time (Second Shift)

Roles:Live chat, email, phone, and social media customer support across multiple time zones.About the roleWe're hiring customer support specialists to join our remote team. In this role, you'll help customers understand product features, troubleshoot issues, and learn marketing best practices. You'll work the second shift (1 PM–10 PM ET) with variable days including some weekends. Your schedule will be confirmed at least one month in advance.You'll support customers across live chat, email, phone, and social media. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full training on all products and processes. Your role will focus on building genuine relationships with customers, educating them on features that match their needs, and collaborating with team members to improve how we serve people.If you have any background in marketing technologies (social media, email platforms, landing pages), that's a bonus—but it's not required.What you'll doSupport customers through multiple channels with troubleshooting and product education. Take initiative by proactively sharing marketing best practices and suggesting ways we could improve our service. Work on special projects with other team members across the company. Help small business owners and entrepreneurs grow by understanding and meeting their unique needs.About youYou're an excellent communicator who enjoys helping others succeed.
