AfterQuery is seeking Chemistry Experts to create and refine chemistry reasoning challenges for our AI training modules. Responsibilities
Develop high-quality chemistry problems, mechanism walkthroughs, and lab-scenario case studies that challenge AI models Evaluate and validate model responses, offering detailed feedback on scientific accuracy and reasoning Collaborate with a team of scientists and technical experts to fine-tune problem difficulty and topical coverage
Required Qualifications
Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Chemistry or a closely related field, or equivalent industry experience Strong command of at least two subfields (organic, inorganic, physical, analytical, or biochemistry) Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bench or industrial laboratory experience Publications, teaching, or peer-review experience Familiarity with AI or computational chemistry tools is a plus
