Chief Data Strategy Officer
Role Description This is a full-time remote Office Assistant role focused on providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The Office Assistant will handle incoming phone calls, respond to emails, schedule meetings, and maintain digital records and files. Daily responsibilities include preparing and updating documents, entering data, supporting basic reporting tasks, and coordinating communication between team members and clients. The role also involves managing virtual office equipment needs, monitoring office-related requests, and assisting with routine administrative projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle calls, email correspondence, and internal messaging professionally. Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping. Familiarity with Office Equipment and common office software tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, video conferencing platforms). Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks. Attention to detail, reliability, and a high level of organizational skills. Previous experience in an office, administrative, or customer support role is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or coursework in administration or business is a plus.
