Shield Health is hiring friendly, dependable RNs to speak with patients by phone and help them enroll in chronic care support available through their physician’s office. This is not traditional cold calling. You’ll speak with eligible patients from established physician practices who may benefit from additional support between office visits. We provide the training and tools you need to succeed. Schedule and Compensation This position is designed for approximately 30–40 hours per week. After orientation, you may build your schedule between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Compensation is $25–$27 per hour, with additional incentive opportunities based on performance. Training and orientation are paid. After training, compensation is productivity-based, with clear and achievable performance goals.
