Coyote Home Inspections is a rapidly growing, Family Owned, home inspection company serving clients throughout Indiana, Utah, and Idaho. We're looking for a dependable, professional Client Coordinator to become the first point of contact for our customers. Why You'll Love This Position This is a fully remote position that offers significant flexibility. We don't require you to sit in an office or complete busy work throughout the day. Your primary responsibility is simple: Be available to answer every incoming call during your scheduled shift and help clients schedule their home inspections. As long as you're available, responsive, and providing excellent service, you'll have the freedom to work from wherever is most convenient for you.

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibilities include

• Answer all incoming customer calls during your scheduled hours
• Schedule home inspections quickly and accurately
• Assist home buyers, sellers, and real estate agents with questions
• Explain our inspection services and recommend additional services when appropriate
• Coordinate inspector schedules
• Coordinate with Sellers to gain Property Access
• Maintain accurate customer information and inspection notes in our scheduling software
• Provide friendly, professional customer service on every interaction

Success in this role depends much more on reliability and communication than previous industry experience. We will teach you everything you need to know about home inspections. The ideal candidate is

• Comfortable working independently from home

Requirements

• Resident of Indiana or Utah
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Quiet (Mostly), professional workspace for answering calls
• Computer with the ability to run scheduling software
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to quickly learn our home inspection process and services

Schedule

• Part-time (approximately 25 hours per week. 10pm- 3pm M-F Typically)
• Flexible work-from-home schedule
• Schedule will be established in advance, and availability during scheduled hours is essential
