Client Coverage Consultant
Position Overview AO Globe Life is hiring a Client Coverage Consultant to work remotely with individuals and families seeking information about insurance coverage. You will guide clients through a professional, needs-based review process and help them better understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options. Responsibilities
Work with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads Schedule and lead virtual appointments Learn about client needs, goals, and coverage concerns Explain available insurance products and services Assist clients with making informed coverage decisions Complete timely follow-up communication Build professional relationships through excellent service Participate in regular coaching and training sessions

Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
