Client Growth Manager - Remote

Full Job Description We are seeking an experienced Client Growth Manager to manage and grow revenue within our existing client base.This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong sales background who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and can work independently without the need for micromanagement.The Client Growth Manager will be responsible for deepening client relationships, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, and expanding the use of our services across practice areas and matters.This is a revenue-focused role centered on client retention, expansion, and long-term partnership development.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, primarily law firms and legal teams Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within active matters and ongoing client relationships Proactively engage clients through tailored outreach (no generic mass emails) Develop a deep understanding of client practice areas, case types, and litigation needs Serve as a trusted point of contact, coordinating internally to ensure excellent service delivery Track client activity, opportunities, and revenue growth using CRM tools Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with clients to drive repeat business Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing on account strategy and growth initiatives Monitor client satisfaction and identify risks or opportunities early Required Qualifications Proven sales or account management experience, preferably in legal services, litigation support, or professional services Demonstrated ability to grow revenue within existing client accounts Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage time without close supervision Experience using CRM systems to manage accounts, pipelines, and client activity Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

Preferred Qualifications
