Client Services Associate
Position Overview AO Globe Life is looking for a Virtual Member Services Associate to support individuals, families, labor union members, credit union members, and association members as they explore insurance coverage options. You will work remotely, meet with clients virtually, and help make the insurance decision-making process clear and comfortable. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates with confidence, and wants a career supported by training, coaching, and advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities

Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
