Role Description The Client Services Representative is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting client relationships and ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries, managing ongoing communication, and coordinating with internal recruitment teams to meet client needs. The role involves monitoring client satisfaction, resolving service issues, and providing timely updates on candidate pipelines and hiring progress. The Client Services Representative will also assist with basic finance-related tasks such as tracking service agreements, documenting billing information, and supporting accurate invoicing. This position requires consistent follow-up, detailed record-keeping in CRM or tracking systems, and proactive identification of opportunities to improve service delivery.
Qualifications
Strong client-facing skills, including experience in Client Services and Customer Service to support and retain client accounts. Excellent Communication abilities to handle inquiries, share updates clearly, and collaborate with internal teams. Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction, including problem-solving and follow-through to resolve issues effectively. Basic understanding of Finance concepts relevant to tracking agreements, supporting invoicing, and maintaining accurate records. Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously. Comfort working in a remote environment, with reliable internet access and proficiency in digital collaboration tools (e.g., email, video conferencing, CRM systems). Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or professional services is preferred but not required. Relevant education or equivalent experience in business, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
