Client Services Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional inbound and outbound client communications via phone and digital platforms
- Follow established scripts to guide client conversations, assess individual needs, and identify the best solutions for each client
- Qualify prospective clients based on company criteria to ensure the right fit for available services
- Accurately maintain and update client records, personal information, and interaction history in accordance with company standards and privacy guidelines
- Service existing clients with professionalism, consistency, and care to foster long-term relationships
- Build trust-based connections with clients through active listening, empathy, and follow-through Collaborate with team leadership to continuously improve the client experience and support overall agency growth
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable high-speed internet access
- A quiet, professional workspace free from distractions during client interactions
- A smartphone and a laptop or computer capable of supporting digital communication and CRM tools

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits:
