Client Support Consultant

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients with their travel goals and scheduling needs
- Assist with organizing reservation components such as lodging, transportation, and activities
- Provide timely updates regarding confirmations
- Review available options through approved supplier platforms
- Respond to client inquiries using phone, email, and digital communication tools
- Maintain accurate records related to planning progress and coordination activity
- Stay informed about destination highlights, travel updates, and current supplier promotions
