Your responsibilities may include:
- Conducting virtual and phone appointments with members.
- Asking questions to understand individual needs and priorities.
- Presenting available programs and explaining options clearly.
- Answering questions and helping members make informed decisions.
- Assisting with applications, enrollment, and digital paperwork.
- Following up on outstanding requests or documentation.
- Maintaining organized and accurate client records.
- Providing friendly, professional, and reliable service.
