Commercial Manager

About the role

As Commercial Manager, you will have end-to-end responsibility for commercial operations through a team of 3 including pricing, contract negotiations, client relationship management, forecasting and commercial risk management. You'll work closely with the RNP Senior Leadership team to shape proposals, optimise commercial models, and ensure financial performance aligns with strategic goals.

What you'll do

• Drive new business opportunities through relationship building and customer insight
• Negotiate and manage commercial contracts with local and international clients
• Lead pricing reviews, tender submissions, and financial modeling
• Analyse commercial performance and identify areas for growth or cost optimisation
• Develop and maintain robust commercial processes and risk controls
• Collaborate with operational and technical teams to deliver value to clients

With proven experience in commercial management, contract administration or financial leadership - ideally within technology, telecommunication or B2B services - you bring a demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully and communicate effectively, consistently building strong client relationships. The pay range for this role is

150000.00 - 170000.00 AUD per year (Australia)

End-to-end commercial responsibility including pricing, contract negotiation, client management, forecasting and commercial risk; leadership of a small team; advanced Excel and financial modeling; must have permanent right to work in Australia.
