Communications Specialist
Wylde Vacation Rentals is seeking a Communications Specialist. In this role, you will communicate with our guests that are staying in one of the 70+ homes that we manage. This is a remote position. Your operating hours will be 8 AM to 8 PM on Friday and Saturday. Within that time frame, you must respond to guest messages in less than 10 minutes. You must also be available to accept reservations over the phone (VoIP).

Reliable internet connection Excellent grammar and writing skills Friendly, hospitality-oriented demeanor Eager to assist guests with thorough answers to their questions Go above and beyond in your responses to guests. Brief replies won’t cut it. Local knowledge of Sedona and the surrounding area (local candidates are strongly preferred) Pay is based on the number of homes we are managing.
