Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities
Develop compliance scenarios, policy-review exercises, and regulatory questions that challenge AI models Evaluate and validate model responses for regulatory accuracy and sound judgment Collaborate with legal and technical experts to calibrate difficulty and coverage
Required Qualifications
Experience in corporate compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management Working knowledge of at least one regulatory regime (financial services, healthcare, data privacy, or similar) Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
CAMS, CRCM, IAPP, or comparable certification Experience building or auditing compliance programs Familiarity with AI governance frameworks is a plus
