The Details Of This Construction Manager Position: - Benefits: PTO, growth opportunities, mentor/apprentice program, and other professional development opportunities - Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Coverage Area: (If applicable) YOUR CORE CONTRIBUTIONS AT OUR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT TEAM: - As a Construction Manager, you begin your day reviewing project plans and updates from your team. - You meet with general contractors to discuss timelines, budgets, and any challenges that may have arisen. - During site visits, you inspect ongoing work to ensure it meets quality standards and safety regulations, addressing any issues on the spot. - You engage in discussions with subcontractors, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration. - Throughout the day, you document progress and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals. - You wrap up by strategizing for upcoming housing projects, focusing on ways to enhance the organization's overall capabilities.
