Construction Manager
Construction Manager What we are looking for: - Aldridge is looking for a Construction Manager to manage and control profit, loss, and field production in accordance with the business plan (budget) for our Mission Critical division. What you’ll do: - Actively participate in division planning and perform other corporate leadership tasks as assigned by the team. - Hold accountability for execution, operations and completion of assigned contracts. - Provide operational and administrative leadership to field and Project Managers. - Contribute to management meetings, project-planning meetings, project execution and project closure meetings. - Promote and assimilate the company’s strategic plan throughout the field and project management personnel. Who you are: - Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction market. - Technical background with engineering or field experience. - Ability to work with all levels of staff and management. - Willing to travel.
